Would like to offer reducing of round time to 30-40 seconds since this server is only about rushing as fast as possible.

It would be important to hear opinion of gatE, aim.cfg and rWoof regarding this idea since they are huge supporters of reduced round time.

Suggestion was done taking intro info that was told by ''professional'' and ''smart'' server admins - who told this server is only about rushing. Topic here is not about HE or FB or whatever.
