Have you ever been a supervisor (list out the projects if you have)? - I had been in charge of servers a lot of times, I was a mod in Knife temple back in the day, mostly acer , I'm mod in a community since 2018 the knife server is called Zurli, I'm still an admin there . I had admin on Showyourskills a pretty nice German host server with a lot of cool people. I also managed zombie escaped servers in 2022 ,I'm admin on night knife I just started in 2023 in December its a russian server. I like to be in charge as I have experience and I can spot cheats and know exactly what others use in this mod ,I also know a lot of people as I m very active which makes it way easier for people to trust me with their server. I was also admin on AmX acer knife server and now PMC acer server as AmX got closed.

About your self - Well my name is Nasri , I'm from Palestine, I'm married , I had been on this game for a long time, I play CS to relax myself .I like to cycle a lot be in a good shape, , read and have fun with my friends I'm a respectful person , if people respect me I will 100% respect back. I like to play knife as is the only CS 1.6 mod I still enjoy to play .I started playing on Fleshas back in the day . Back then the knife server had active admins but there are a lot of people cheating that make others quit and no admins on. As I`m very active I said I might be able to help out as I had read the rules and a lot of people abuse the server.

In your thoughts describe, what is a supervisor - Being in charge of the server, being fair without taking any sides, teach people if you can and just maintain a good vibe on the server. The most important thing is to respect the players so there wont be any problems about a bad behavior, a supervisor should be a model for other players not someone that looks at them from above and treats players bad.
