Currently Public Server gameplay on many very popular maps is heavily one-sided.

One-sided?

Yeah... Almost always team score at the end of some maps looks something like 8 - 2, meaning the whole map one team (usually Terrorists) is locked around their spawn area by the other team (usually Counter-Terrorists) and is getting farmed for frags big time.

Not only that, but the lucky remaining survivors are getting slayed by some admins for not completing the mission when they are "One and only" against 8+ players on enemy team, but come on... everybody wants to live to see the another round.

Someone might ask: "So?"

So being farmed is not that fun (in my opinion).

But yeah... what can be done? Right?

I know there exists some kind of magic amx plugin that by itself (!) swaps top player on the dominating team with not-so-top player on the losing team, and it does that once every 2 - 3 rounds. Maybe that would be a good solution to the current situation? Not only that, but it would be more challenging and fun for the top players to decide who's kung-fu is better.

The maps to observe the phenomena: de_aztec (no comments), de_mirage, de_cbble, de_dust2002 (kinda), and of course de_inferno (the carpets...). Almost forgot about the de_train (T good times).

Now someone might say: "It is up to the players themselves to balance the teams" - doesn't happen, like ever.

This is my thoughts on the current Balance Situation.

Any thoughts? Ideas?
