Sirmusas told me on ts that you don't lift 1 hour bans, so its more a post to Arijuks.
From my point of view, the time between warning and ban gave me little chance to actually change my fps.
I was as u can see in the demo focused on defending my bomb, and would happily have lowered fps down to 100 when the round was over.
24 seconds between the warning and ban seems a bit short.

Unban is rejected. Admin wrote 2 times to lower fps, but you ignored. (You wrote back when you got banned)
