At the end of demo you'll see this admin did free ban to Medziotojas,This Player got kicked by SRP for being afk more than 30s Then this admin thinking it was reconnect for joining the game back and then this admin give free ban to the player for reconnecting.

You should check the console before banning someone,That's basic things which for an admin.
