Backstory: i was asking to get a forum link on the rules about banning on ping. he said i can do /rules but i don't understand lithuanian. so i proceed to ask him but he is
just not helping me anything. He banned someone for 300 ping @10:40 and you can see the story for yourself here if you want to.
