3.Reason of the report: Kicking players for no reason, applied a rule that doesn't exist, ignored fight between players.

4.Situation in detail: Nice to see you all again. We were playing 35hp_reborn and I noticed that mr BALMAIN kicked a player which is unusual because we were only 2v2, but I didn't give it a thought. The most unusual part in 35hp_reborn was that 2 players were arguing with heavy insults and he actually didn't give any gags or tried to resolve the situation, again I simply ignored it. However, we went on 35hp_2 after a while and I saw him telling a player to not kill him while he's doing 260 jump otherwise he will kick him. I try to convince him the other way because it's not cool to just kick players for simply killing him but unfortunately he didn't listen and went with the kick anyway.

RULE BROKEN -> Forbidden to use kick/slap commands if it's not needed. ( BAN 1 day or Admin removal ). He kicked a player for just killing him.
RULE BROKEN -> Forbidden to create your own rules. ( BAN 1 day ). He insisted that it's not cool to kill him while he's doing jumps but still it's a rule that he created from his mind, not an official rule written anywhere.
RULE BROKEN -> Forbidden to insult admins and other players. ( GAG max 30min. if GAG evaded BAN 1 day ). Even though he encountered an argument with multiple insults and he was in front of the incident, he simply ignored them without taking any action.

P.G: I just don't understand why they let players talk this way, I mean it wasn't such a big fight only a few insults but still, why rules exists? So we don't follow them and not get punished? And please explain to the admins that they need to rules rules and everything before submitting/buying access. This is the second admin I report in a while for doing whatever he feels like.
