Can you explain to me how you let these kids be admins in the server for so long?

1. First of all this admin is always changing to 1hp_final and most of the times he doesn't even vote for it, He just straight changelevel.

   Official rule for changelevel: Forbidden to switching maps without a vote. ( BAN 1 day or Admin removal )
   P.G: When he changes map, he then disappears and we have to wait half a day for another admin to join and change it.

2. Second of all, this admin clearly doesn't have any idea what the rules are, I called him pidar twice and just for that he banned me for 10 hours.

   Official rule for insults to someone: Forbidden to insult admins and other players. ( GAG max 30min. if GAG evaded BAN 1 day )

3. Thirdly, he just kicked a few players for absolutely no reason, he just kicked them without telling them anything when they reconnected. Server was not full, they didn't bug due to excessive lag. Nothing weird.

This particular person has created many problems as admin in the past (you can ask whoever you want, I should have reported him many times in the past for similar behaviour but I wanted to see if he turns around). Remove access from this person is the only solution unfortunately..

Atleast upload demo file from server, others will check it, because these screenshots not enough like proof/evidence

The people that have ftp access can enter today's logs and see that there are 0 lies to my statements.

1. The changelevel without vote cannot be proven by me since whenever you re-enter (like when he changed map) a new demo starts. So my demo will be after 1hp_final was put. The moment he changed from 35hp_2 is erased due to changelevel.

2. What demo do you want about my insults? I called him "pidar" 2 times and he banned me for 10 hours, last time I checked you need to gag for minutes (max 30 minutes) when someone insults. You only ban for 1 day when someone by-pass gag. So there is not even a need of demo here, he just acted like he wanted. This also triggers another rule (DO NOT MAKE UP RULES). By banning me for insult he just created a rule only him applies.

3. Again, in kicks you can see via logs (panel ftp) that he just kicked the players and then proceed to ignore them. Just straight kicks when the server was low in players.

4. Watch previous unban requests + reports about the admin and you can see it's not just me that has some kind of agenda against him or anything like that.
