My suggestion is to cancel admin rights of Fierce, as he is using his admin rights too much.

I'm sorry, but it's not acceptable when he is transferring me to other team by his choice, just because he sux at CT team or he just willing to do it.
If server has no team balance it's not my problem, I want to play team what I've chosen in the beginning.
After I switched the team he kicked me out of the server.
